Ladies and Gentlemen, it is that time of year again. Tomorrow is the Fourth of July city celebration. This year we have so many great things happening.
At 7:00 pm, the park will have a variety of food trucks for you to choose. These food trucks will be located at Beatty-Mulhausen Park. Options include:
- Mayah’s Good Eatin’ Chicken and More
- LuLu and Nana Head Taco Stand
- Kennedy’s Concession Stand
- Snowball Up
A live band will begin playing at 7:00 pm. There will be a variety of fireworks that the town of Jones has provided.
A big thank you goes out to the Warner family who will be setting these off for us. The fireworks show will start at dark at the Jones baseball fields. Don’t forget your lawn chairs.
The Police Department will close the road on Britton from Henny west to the basketball courts from 6-10 pm. When parking please keep in mind not to park at Sak-N-Go or the Sr. Cagle’s farm land. You can park at the Kiwanis ballpark, by the basketball courts at the park, or any other legal area. We hope to see you there and that you have a wonderful fourth.
