The Circus is Coming to Town

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, get ready for a fun family night out, as the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus comes to town on Wednesday, September 18th. The Big Top will be pitched on the east end of town, at Beatty-Mulhausen Park. Two shows will be available on Wednesday evening, starting at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

The Culpepper & Merriweather Circus isn’t your typical dog and pony show. The 90-minute show is action packed, sure to entertain audiences of all ages. The show boasts daring acrobatics, bold and courageous lion tamers, and uproarious clowns delighting children and the young-at-heart. The giggles and giddy smiles will be worth every penny, as you take your children and grandchildren out for a memorable night.

Tickets will cost $15 for adults and $8 for children the day of the show. However, there is an early-bird discount if you buy your ticket before September 18th, dropping the price to $12 per adult and $7 per child. The advanced ticket purchases will benefit the Jones Splash Pad fundraiser, and can be made in town at the following locations:

  • Debbie’s Salon
