There are so many exciting changes happening in the Jones community. With the new turnpike extension East of town, to the recently passed school bond election, one thing is for certain, our town is growing. Market Overview

Last month there were 6 homes that sold in Jones, OK, at an average price per square foot of $119. There were 3 large land sales at an average price per acre of $17,000. These were just acreages with no homes on them. Available acreages for sale are averaging around $14,000 an acre. That is up from $12,000 just 6 months prior.
