On the morning of Saturday October 3, 2020, the Jones Middle School and High School Cross Country teams competed at the Deadwood Forest in Luther.

The middle school team consisted of eight boys and one girl, and the high school team consisted of two boys and two girls. The two teams did an outstanding job. Six students set personal records and three athletes earned medals.

For the high school team, Freshman Joseph Walker medaled and finished 24th. Freshman Ripken Wallace set a new personal record at 22:40. For the middle school team, 7th grader Skyler Anderson did an incredible job earning her medal, and finishing in 6th place.

Overall the team beat their personal goals and did an outstanding job representing the Jones community.
