Jones pizza lovers, you’ll be able to get your fill of pizza much closer to home very soon. Giorgio’s Pizza and Pasta will be opening their doors in Jones, with an anticipated start date on Monday, August 2, 2021. Family owned and operated by Mario and Daysi López, along with their daughter Ana López-Vucaj, the Jones store will be their third location in the State of Oklahoma. With over nine (9) years in the restaurant business, daughter Ana says that serving food to people is a strong part of their family’s culture and identity. With two other locations in Chandler and Holdenville, the López family may have found the secret sauce in serving smaller communities. Seeing the limited dining options available to small towns, they purposefully target these arcadian communities when opening a new business. “We see a need to bring more variety of food and give people these choices right in their town, without having to travel.” Seeing the exciting growth that is already happening in Jones, it made this an easy decision for the López family to locate their new restaurant here. They have already enjoyed their transition to Jones, stating they are glad to find a community that supports growth and family entrepreneurs.

Giorgio’s is going to be a wonderful addition to our culinary options. They boast a broad menu, including pizza, pasta, salads, classic subs, and an assortment of homemade desserts. The López family says their alfredo sauce is their signature item, so they try to incorporate it into as many dishes as possible. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is their most popular dish.
Giorgio’s will be located in the south shop in the Uptown Jones shopping center, just down the strip from Jorge’s and Downtown Donuts. Their hours will be Monday thru Saturday, from 11:00 am – 8:30 pm. Their full menu is listed below. You can also check out their Facebook page or their website for more information. They will offer an online ordering option, with easy pickup in their new drive thru window. Now, getting a quick bite to eat in town will be easier than ever.
